non-functional elevator disorganized breakfast
The elevator situation was a joke. One of the two elevators wasn't working for the entirety of my three-day stay. This made getting to the lobby a lengthy ordeal. The breakfast area was also disorganized. Items were often missing, and finding a table was a challenge.

The hotel has a vending machine stocked with various drinks and snacks in the lobby. I found the included breakfast offered considerable choice each morning. Access to public transport was convenient with links nearby. I was pleased to find the staff consistently helpful .

great location friendly staff
the location WORKS wonderfully. It is close to many attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful with directions. Breakfast was included and offered a decent variety of options. CLEAN facilities IS notable.
the elevator service was slow at times. Waiting took longer during peak hours. This caused some delays in getting to and from my room.

great location helpful staff
The location was great. It was an easy walk to many sights! the breakfast was nice, and they serve coffee all day. That's a real treat! they have an elevator. It made getting around easier. the staff was very kind. I found them helpful.
the room was small for my needs though the bed was comfy.
